This project addresses young adults in their attempt to understand and discern their vocational calling. It is essential to their future to hear from their peers during their discernment process to realize they are part of a community of persons who desire to discover their calling, traditional or non-traditional. It gives them the opportunity to find refuge for clarity's sake, hear their pure thoughts and hear from God. It involves group and partnership experiences for accountability, diminished costs and conversational partners. These are practices millennials traditionally engage in but is structured for productivity and revelation. Involving familiarities that are characteristically appealing to young adults allows for a greater success rate and completion.

The retreat cohorts in the area chosen by the group. This supports young adults as characteristic wanderlusts and takes advantage of what is desirable for the sake of the projected outcome. It will also facilitate seclusion for less distractions in the process of discernment. It takes advantage of young adult’s natural gravitation toward technology allowing collective guidance via the website and individual guidance through the app, accessed by any mobile devise. While on the retreat, participants via this website will have access to assessments, which helps them to determine where they are and where they are headed. The guided discernment videos allow them to have time for honest reflection while answering intimate questions alone. Collectively the retreat helps to explore the various ways their gifts can be used within and without the church.
